Editorial Standards

How SIC Group USA handles authorship, evidence, corrections, automation, and commercial context.

These standards apply to SIC Group USA articles, professional profiles, data-supported pages, and institutional claims. Last reviewed July 17, 2026.

Authorship and responsibility

A named person is presented as an author only when the source record or original publication identifies that person as an author. Company announcements, service pages, and unsigned institutional analysis remain attributed to SIC Group USA.

Sources and independent references

Factual claims should link to primary records or clearly identified institutional sources. External profiles, citations, and author indexes are described according to the relationship they actually establish. A citation is not described as an endorsement, employment relationship, or award.

Profiles and credentials

Current roles are separated from historical biographies. Education, affiliations, publications, and public appointments are included only when a named source supports them. Profile evidence is rechecked when source indexes change.

Corrections

Material errors in names, dates, roles, quotations, links, or attribution are corrected in place. Substantive corrections should update the page modification date and, when context requires it, include a visible correction note.

Automation and AI

Automation may collect public records, publication indexes, and source updates. Automated output is subject to source-level validation rules. Generated text or inferred relationships must not be presented as independently verified facts.

Commercial and editorial separation

SIC Group USA is a consultancy. Service pages describe commercial capabilities. Articles and professional profiles may support the firm's positioning, but paid relationships, client work, and promotional claims are not represented as independent editorial validation.

Request a correction

Send the page URL, the disputed statement, and a primary source supporting the correction. Requests are reviewed for factual accuracy; submitting a request does not guarantee removal of accurate public information.
