Kateryna Odarchenko is a distinguished political strategist and partner at SIC Group USA LLC. She is also the head of the nonprofit organization, Institute for Democracy and Development “PolitA.” With nine years of experience in democracy building and election campaign management, Kateryna is an authority in her field. She has authored over 500 publications on transparent public administration, campaign management, good governance, and civil society development. Kateryna is also the author of the influential “Election Game” handbook for politicians in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, which has sold 10,000 copies within the professional community.
Her notable achievements include:
—Initiating several bills in Ukraine on democratic elections, women’s rights, and strengthening institutions. —Leading projects with the European Parliament to implement EU laws in the Ukrainian legislature. —Organizing 12 exchange programs for EU professionals and public administrators in the USA, EU institutions, UAE, and Israel. —Extensive collaboration with the press in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, contributing to American think tanks, and active media communication.
Kateryna resides in the Washington, D.C. metro area with her husband and three children.
