SIC Group USA became a partner of the Experience Exchange Program that was conducted by IGAPA, the leading international association for public affairs, between November 14th and November 18th. The members had direct experience in corporate and association public affairs management, lobbying, digital advocacy, global public affairs, corporate responsibility, PACs and campaign finance, crisis communication and a host of related functions. Each year the Association hosts more than 10 conferences, seminars, webinars, forums and social events for public affairs professionals. We sponsor research on emerging issues, public affairs trends, innovations and best practices, including International GR-Forum.
During the program participants:
– Got to know how lobbying works in the USA
-Learned how to represent their sovereign in the United States.
– Exchanged experience with the best specialists in the industry.
– Understood the system of political decision-making in the United States.

IGAPA and SIC Group USA systematically conduct experience exchange programs between representatives of different parts of the world. The main mission is to advance the field of public affairs and provide participants with the education, experience, and research necessary to succeed while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Thus, representatives have the opportunity to delve into the topic of lobbying and draw certain conclusions for their regions and countries.
The participants discussed the following topics:
⁃ Legislation to regulate lobbying in the countries of Central Asia.
⁃ Practicing Ladoga with the authorities.
⁃ Existing practice of lobbying in the USA.
